If the product is damaged, will PakMartDeals replace it?
Yes, if the product is damaged, we will replace it — but you must send a video proof on the same day you receive the parcel, while opening it. Without a same-day video, no return or replacement will be accepted.

If a product is returned by the customer due to an issue or damage, after how many days will it be delivered again to the customer?
It will be delivered again within 10 to 12 days.

Will PAKMartDeal bear the delivery charges for returned items?
The reseller will have to pay the delivery charges for returned products, not PakMartDeals.

If the total amount of a reseller’s returned products is higher than the profit from their delivered products, what will PakMartDeals do in that case?
In that case, PakMartDeals will hold the reseller’s profit until the return amount is adjusted. If the profit amount is more than the return amount, PakMartDeals will deduct the return amount and send the remaining profit to the reseller.
